This is an exciting leadership role where youll oversee the delivery of neighbourhood services within your region, supporting teams to deliver visible, responsive, and customer focused services that help communities thrive.Youll lead by example, creating a culture built on accountability, ownership, and community engagement. Working closely with residents, colleagues, contractors, and local partners, youll help shape services that respond to the changing needs of our communities and ensure residents remain at the heart of decision making.This is more than a housing management role. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.What youll be doingLead, coach, and inspire a team of Neighbourhood Coordinators to deliver excellent local servicesCreate a visible and proactive neighbourhood presence, building strong relationships with residents and communitiesMonitor team performance and service standards, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational deliverySupport and empower teams to take ownership of local issues and make decisions that positively impact communitiesBuild strong partnerships with internal teams, contractors, local authorities, and community organisationsAttend community meetings and local events, acting as a key contact for residents and stakeholdersOversee low level tenancy management activity including tenancy visits, tenancy audits, and iPeeps to ensure they are completed to a high standardSupport the management of low level anti social behaviour cases and work closely with specialist teams when escalation is requiredLead contractor review meetings for services such as grounds maintenance and cleaning, ensuring residents receive high quality servicesManage stage one complaints and use customer feedback to drive service improvementsSupport responses to MP, Councillor, and Housing Ombudsman enquiries where requiredMonitor local budgets and community engagement spend to ensure value for moneyEncourage innovation and challenge traditional approaches to improve neighbourhood servicesWhat were looking for:Wed love to hear from you if you:Have experience managing a customer focused housing or neighbourhood teamHave strong leadership skills and enjoy coaching and developing othersUnderstand housing management and neighbourhood services, including relevant legislation and best practiceAre confident building relationships with residents, contractors, and external partnersHave experience managing performance, service improvement, and customer satisfactionAre comfortable handling complaints and resolving complex issues professionallyHave strong communication and influencing skillsCan analyse performance information and use insight to improve servicesUnderstand contract management and monitoring contractor performanceAre organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectivelyBring a positive, collaborative, and community focused approach to leadershipIf specific qualifications are required, please upload them with your application to demonstrate your eligibility.At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability.
