Job Description
SEND Teacher
Looking for a teaching role where every day genuinely makes a difference? This could be the one.
We're working with a vibrant and growing special school supporting pupils aged 5-19 with moderate and severe learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and social communication needs. This is a place where learning goes far beyond the classroom walls.
Think hands-on learning, meaningful life skills and outdoor experiences. One day might involve sensory storytelling and communication work, the next could be helping students build independence through practical activities and real-world experiences. No two days are ever quite the same, and that's exactly why staff love it here.
The school is passionate about helping young people grow in confidence, communication, independence, and self-belief. They're looking for someone who brings warmth, creativity, patience, and a genuine love of working with children and young people with SEND.
