Accounts Assistant | Hereford | Permanent | up to £27,000 Job Summary We are looking for an accounts assistant to join our established team Main Responsibilities * Sales invoices on a monthly basis * Pay cheques into bank accounts * Reconcile bank accounts * Monitor income and produce aged debtor reports * Bookkeeping for clients * Process approved supplier invoices onto accounting systems * Raise cheques and preparing dual control BACS payments to suppliers * Payroll for employees * Prepare VAT returns (including Partial Exemption) * Prepare cash flow forecasts and reporting cash flow v actual * Prepare financial reports for clients * Prepare annual accounts information for accountants.
