Your Role and Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, play-based lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 1 pupils.

* Create a positive and structured classroom environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore.
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENDCo, and subject leads to enhance learning.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide feedback to parents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* QTS and experience in KS1 teaching, ideally in Year 1.
* Strong understanding of phonics schemes such as Letters and Sounds or Jolly Phonics.
* A commitment to child-centred, creative teaching approaches.
* Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching style.
