Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment? We’re recruiting Food Operatives to join a friendly and growing team at a well-established bakery in the Oakham, LE15 area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods
* Operating machinery and maintaining production flow
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met
* Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
* No items heavier then 9KG
What We’re Looking For:
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in food production is a bonus but not essential
* Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
