Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic PA, Secretary, or EA to support the COO as her Executive Assistant. This role involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, supporting team updates, liaising with stakeholders, and mastering Microsoft Office and company-specific systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Diary management, document preparation, email handling, and e-filing
* Attending meetings, taking minutes, and providing administrative support
* Managing communications and follow-up tasks
* Supporting COO's reports with document updates and meeting arrangements
* Welcoming visitors and acting as liaison with stakeholders
* Using Microsoft Office Suite and learning company systems like SkyVisitor and Momentus Enterprise
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, flexible, professional, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Experience in secretarial, executive, or administrative roles is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires organizational skills, research ability, and flexibility to support a busy executive.
