We are seeking a capable and hands-on Assistant Manager to support the smooth operation of a long-established private members club near Woking. This is an ideal role for someone confident in both front- and back-of-house responsibilities, who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the Club Manager in day-to-day operations across catering, bar service and administration
*Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to club members (with occasional kitchen duties including sandwiches and light meals)
*Leading by example in the bar area, ensuring excellent service and stock control
*Assisting with event preparation and general club administration
*Acting as a reliable second-in-command in the manager's absence
The ideal Assistant Manager would have/be:
*Experience in hospitality management, ideally within a similar environment
*Confident in basic kitchen duties
*Strong bar skills
*Organised and capable on the administrative side
*Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with a longstanding membership base
