We are now looking for a Team Leader in Prodcution to join our client in the Tewkesbury area.
This will be permanent position after a successful trial period (upon completion of 12 full weeks).
Summary
Days: Monday - Saturday
Hours: Minimum of 37.5 hours, five shifts per week
Start Times From 6am, with finish times based on production demands
Key Responsibilities:

o Lead & Motivate: Guide a large team of operatives through receiving, picking and returns of chilled products
o Own the Process: Control stock movements; verify codes against tickets with precision
o Drive Efficiency: Ensure rapid, safe loading/unloading of delivery vehicles
o Maintain Standards: Keep the warehouse spotlessly clean and compliant with Health & Safety
o Cover & Support: Step in for the Warehouse Supervisor as needed
o Build Culture: Foster an inspiring, open-communication team environment
Important Note: This is a physically active role and requires manual handling.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
*
o Warehouse Background: Proven experience in a busy warehouse ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG
o Fast-Paced Mindset: Thrive under tight deadlines and ever-changing priorities
o Shift Flexibility: Able to work varied start times from 06:00 on a rotating shift pattern
o Licence Ready: Ideally you will own a Current Counterbalance Forklift licence (and able to provide on application) or Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) licence
o Leadership Skills: Strong communicator with high commitment, motivation and a solutions-first approach
o Health & Safety Savvy: Sound knowledge of safe working practices and a keen eye for detail
Desirable:
* Familiarity with food production, HACCP, and KPIs.
* Experience in the dairy or food production industry.
