What will you be doing:
* Support and influence the day-to-day practice across the setting.
* Take the lead on planning, delivering and evaluating outstanding learning experiences.
* Champion best practice in areas such as safeguarding, child development, inclusion, or curriculum.
* Mentor and support junior staff members.
* Collaborate with parents, professionals and colleagues to support children's outcomes.
* Contribute to leadership discussions and improvement plans.
About You:
* Must hold the Level 3 Early Years qualification or have at least 12-18 months of experience in a nursery or early years setting.
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) as minimum.
* Willingness to work towards Level 5 Early Years Practitioner Lead qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
* Passionate about delivering high quality early education.
* Confident in leading practice and supporting others.
* Organised, reflective and committed to ongoing professional development.
* A positive role model who inspires those around them.
