Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join the team at The Waverley Castle Hotel, Melrose. Breakfast Chef working hours: As a Breakfast Chef you will work circa 20 – 25 hours per week usually 7am - 11am, over 5 days in the summer season from April through to September and 4 days in the quieter periods. You will receive an hourly rate of £13.75, regardless of age and live in accommodation in the Hotel could be considered. Breakfast Chef Responsibilities: The primary role of the Breakfast Chef will be to prepare, cook and serve breakfast to our guests. You will work as part of a small kitchen team, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen, completing temperature control records, cleaning schedules and other related company administration documents will be required. You may also be required to support the team with the weekly stock take, food ordering and stores security. You will also assist with the preparation for the evening meal on occasion.
