Customer Service Advisor

You will work in a busy inbound telephone and email response team, being the first point of contact for customers. You will take initial details, consider them for emergency response actions, discuss timeframes and updates on any delays that may occur. Your confident communication will help resolve problems through positive customer service and you will be able to multi‑task especially during busy periods.
