Care and Support Worker £16p/h S2 1AR Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for experienced Care and Support workers in Sheffield and surrounding areas. Job Specifics: Supporting a man, who is an amputee, on a 2-1 basis. Assisting with personal cares, meal and drink support, mobility assistance and transfers. Shift Pattern: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (9am-5pm and 8pm-8am- waking night) Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (8pm-8am- waking night) Requirements: Right to work in the UK Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling At least 6-months of UK based care experience Knowledge of complex care is desired Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4 All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check What we can offer: Refer a friend scheme and earn up to £250!
