Asbestos Surveyor (Full Time)
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings for asbestos in line with current legislation, guidance, and internal procedures. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carrying out Management and Refurbishment/Demolition asbestos surveys
*
Sampling in accordance with HSG264
*
Producing accurate survey reports and uploading data using internal systems
*
Advising clients on asbestos risks, liabilities, and management procedures
Experience & Qualifications
*
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in asbestos surveying
*
BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
*
Strong working knowledge of current asbestos legislation and HSG264

Willing to work nationwide across commercial and domestic properties
*
Adaptable, organised, courteous, and self-motivated
*
Able to prioritise workload effectively
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*
Full, clean UK driving licence
*
Able to obtain (or already hold) police clearance and positive vetting clearance
