Main duties of the job
* Assist in the preparation and smooth running of theatre and clinical areas.
* Support the theatre team during Urology procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
* Prepare equipment, instruments, and consumables for procedures.
* Take and record patient observations accurately where required.
Requirements
* Currently practising, or has practised, as a Theatre HCA within a surgical setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months.
* Proven experience working in the NHS.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.
Hours: 8:00-18:00 - Saturday’s & Sunday’s
