IT Support Analysts (1st & 2nd Line) – Milton Keynes (On-site)
My client, a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP), is expanding their IT support team and is looking for talented 1st Line and 2nd Line Analysts to join their Milton Keynes office. These roles sit within a busy service desk and technical delivery environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of organisations across sport, education, and local government.
Responsibilities
* 1st Line Analyst: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, resolving a wide range of issues and escalating where necessary.
* 2nd Line Analyst: Act as an escalation point, providing deeper technical support, assisting with projects, and delivering solutions on-site when required.
What my client is looking for
* Proven experience in IT support (service desk/MSP background preferred).
* Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory; for 2nd line, strong skills in networking, servers, and virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Immediate availability or short notice period is highly desirable.
