Technical Sales Manager £50,000 Castlewellan Technical sales role supporting the installation, commissioning and service of overhead crane systems across Ireland and Scotland. The role combines customer-facing technical sales with full project coordination from enquiry through to handover and ongoing service support. Key Responsibilities: Interpret customer requirements including lift capacity, span and coverage Liaise with manufacturer design teams to develop compliant crane solutions Prepare outline designs, budgets and technical proposals Advise clients and structural engineers on building and structural requirements Confirm electrical and site requirements Secure orders and progress contracts through manufacture and installation Coordinate site surveys, steelwork sizing and production scheduling Organise installation teams, access equipment and transport Submit RAMS and commissioning documentation Promote service, inspection and maintenance agreements.- Candidate Profile: Engineering background with knowledge of lifting and materials handling systems. Strong mechanical understanding with a working knowledge of electrical systems. Confident communicator able to manage multiple projects and client relationship.
