Duties & Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other areas of the Glencar Construction business to provide exceptional support.
* Adhere to the Company’s Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management System standards and performance criteria, including delivering set objectives.
* Cooperate on health and safety matters, follow training provided, and take reasonable care of personal and others’ health and safety at all times.
* Perform any other duties consistent with the role of IT Coordinator as required.


Qualifications & Experience

* Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably within an IT or technical environment.
* An interest in the IT field, with opportunities for advancement within the IT department.
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Awareness of and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements.
* Strong understanding of Office Management Systems, procedures, and IT-related terminology.
* Excellent time management, prioritization, and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations is advantageous.
* Commercial awareness and willingness to learn all elements of the construction process.
* Able to manage competing priorities and meet personal targets in a demanding workload.
* Ability to create and follow clear processes.
* Methodical, analytical, and organised with attention to detail.
* Personable team player, open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve.
