Parts and Warranty Advisor
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus monthly bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm and first Saturday of each month: 8:00am to 2:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts and Warranty Advisor to join a busy and growing automotive aftersales team in Canterbury. This is a varied role offering excellent long term career prospects within a well-established dealership group.

This is a multi-skilled position combining parts advisory, warranty administration, and service bookings. Working closely with the existing aftersales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and scheduling service and parts appointments efficiently for customers and the workshop team
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Providing accurate advice and support on parts, warranty products, and service options
Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Supplying parts to the workshop, managing stock orders, and maintaining accurate stock control
Responding to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Supporting the promotion of additional products and services, including upselling and retention offers where appropriateKey Requirements:
Previous motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential.
Experienced in customer service
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and administrative abilities
A proactive and reliable approach
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
