Job Details
* Location: West Lodge Gardens, Alloa, Clackmannanshire FK10 2HX
* Hourly Rate: £14.04 per hour
* Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including weekends
* Guaranteed Hours: 18.5 hours per week worked over average 3 days on a rolling 2-week rota basis, with a mixture of weekdays, weekends, day shifts and back shifts

Responsibilities
* Work between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, seven days a week, supporting older and vulnerable adults in their own homes.
* Assist with daily living tasks—including administering medication, personal support, and helping with meals—based on individual care plans.
* Develop relationships with residents and deliver care in the way they prefer.
* Provide flexible shift coverage, including mornings, back shifts and weekends.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in the care sector and working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community.
* SVQ in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification (preferred).
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic IT skills.
* Passion, empathy, and dedication to helping our tenants live their lives to the fullest.
