Purchase ledger / admin clerk required to join the group shared services team in a fast-paced customer-focused business.
Duties to include
* Processing supplier invoices & credits and addressing queries
* Supplier account reconciliations
* Liaising with Suppliers
* Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock discrepancies
* Stock management/movement
* Assisting purchasing department with stock ordering and reports
* Assisting the management accountant when required
* General department admin & ad hoc business support
Working pattern ideally 4 hours per day for 4 days a week, but times and days can be flexible to suit the right candidate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.40 per hour
