Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism Managing reservations and walk-ins using booking systems Coordinating closely with management and floor teams to optimise table flow Handling guest enquiries, calls, and special requests Maintaining accurate guest records and reservation updates Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Creating a welcoming, organised, and polished reception environment What Do You Need? Previous experience in a host, reception, or guest-facing hospitality role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational ability and attention to detail Calm and confident presence during busy service periods Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences WHAT DO WE OFFER?
