* Sunday-Thursday.
* Working hours: 3pm-Midnight.
* Starting pay rate: £14.93 per hour, Overtime rate: £18.66 per hour
* 40 hours per week
Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out machines set up and prestart checks; ensure machines is safe to operate
* Carry out label and film roll changes
* Label print and verification checks, final product quality inspection
* Ensure machine is operating at maximum efficiency and follow Standard Running Conditions set out by the department
* Ensure workplace maintains high standards of GMP and hygiene & Health and Safety
* Support Managers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of production plan and carrying required quality
Other tasks may include setting up and monitoring equipment & filling machines.
Ideal Candidate:
* Good standards of spoken & written English
* Solid level of numeracy
* Self-motivated and highly resilient
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* A high level of flexibility is required and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment with sometimes conflicting need & wants
* Computer literate
* Good decision-making skills
* Passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
* You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
* You will need to enjoy working at pace and have a keenness to take action and achieve results in a fast moving business.
* Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
