Retail Sales Supervisor
We are a proud, family owned business celebrating over 45 years of success, we are excited to welcome a new retail sales advisor in a view to becoming supervisor to our team.
About this role:
This is a full time position (8.50am-5.00pm, five days per week) including Saturday with one day of during the week. You'll be looking to take over from a key role as our current sales supervisor will be leaving in the winter. Were looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and passionate about customer service. You must be able to work independently, lead by example and be a strong team player with the ambition to grow and succeed in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the opening of the shop each morning (including lifting shutters, hoovering and preparing the shop floor) printing daily reports and ensuring the shop is ready for business, packaging and processing online orders, Booking in cylinders, checking stock off delivery's, stock checking and stock taking, guiding, conversing and advising customers, managing emails and day to day operational tasks, maintaing shop presentation standards at all times.

*Strong organisational skills and ability to use your own initiative is a must

*Interest and knowledge in sports, computers, websites and social media is a high advantage
