Salary: £12.74 - £14.28 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Inglby Barwick. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in day-to-day cleaning operations.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising and supporting the on-site cleaning team of 6
2. Hands-on cleaning duties to maintain high standards
3. Creating and managing staff rotas
4. Stock taking and ordering cleaning supplies
5. Providing and arranging training for new hires
6. Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to specification
About You:
7. Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
8. Hands-on, reliable, and well organised
9. Confident managing rotas, stock and training
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Must hold an Enhanced DBS
