As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing our Stylists.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance.
3. Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and updates to the management team.
4. Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota.
5. Enhance the customer journey by offering exceptional 1-2-1 service, ensuring the customer comes first.
6. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge sharing.
7. Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody our values.
8. Possess strong customer service skills and experience in managing a team efficiently.
9. Have a track record of developing and growing your team.
10. Experience in working towards and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, with a good understanding of store operations.
