Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 (uncapped)

Ideal for someone with a background in B2B or field sales, looking to expand into the media, events, and sponsorship space.
The Role
We’re seeking a confident and target-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to manage and grow revenue across an exciting portfolio of Events, Digital Platforms, and Magazines.
This role combines new business development with account management, and will involve both phone-based and field sales activity, including attending client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively develop new B2B client relationships through field and phone-based sales.
2. Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle across digital, media, and event solutions.
