Job Description:
We are supporting a leading global biopharmaceutical company in finding an experienced Global Statistical Lead with a strong background in oncology drug development. This individual contributor role offers strategic input across clinical development, focusing on Phase I–III oncology studies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic statistical leadership for clinical development plans, especially in oncology and immuno-oncology.
* Lead and coordinate statistical activities across functions like Clinical Development, Biomarkers, Medical Affairs.
* Guide study statisticians, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Support submissions and regulatory strategies, including interactions with health authorities.
* Work with Clinical, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to influence decision-making.
* Apply advanced statistical methods, including Bayesian frameworks and survival analysis.
Key Requirements:
* PhD with ≥9 years or Master’s with ≥12 years of relevant experience in pharma or biotech.
* Expertise in oncology trials, Phase I–III.
* Experience in statistical strategy, clinical development, and submissions.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
* Proficiency in survival analysis; Bayesian methods are a plus.
