Role Responsibility
* All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specification.
* All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
* Correct use of equipment/ utilises are adhered to.
* To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
* To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen
* Visual hazard check of kitchen
* Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times
* Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous Chef Experience
* Basic Knowledge of food hygiene
* Flexible working patterns
