Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to be based at their offices in Tilbury. The successful candidate will be confident managing ER cases from start to finish, including complex grievances and disciplinaries.
Description
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
* Leading talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Providing guidance on employment law and compliance issues.
* Coordinating recruitment activities to attract top talent.
* Supporting the HR team in strategic planning and project management.
* Assisting in the management of HR metrics and reporting.
* Fostering a positive work culture and promoting the company's core values.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
* CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
* Experience in a HR Advisor role with extensive experience managing Employee Relations cases from start to finish
* Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.
* Live locally to Tilbury
* The role is available on a full time or part time basis
