About the Role
We are looking for a driven and personable individual to join our successful Residential Sales Department in Launceston. This is a full-time opportunity to become part of one of the area’s most respected estate agencies, delivering first-class customer service and playing a key role in the sales process from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
Confident, articulate, and professional in appearance and manner
Experienced in sales (essential); estate agency experience is a strong advantage
Technically proficient with computer systems and office software
A strong communicator and team player
Passionate about delivering excellent customer care
A holder of a full UK driving licence and in possession of their own vehicle

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
Every other Saturday with a day in Lieu : 9:00am to 4pm

Requirements
Sales experience: Minimum 1 year (required)
Estate agency experience: Preferred
Driving Licence: Full clean UK licence (required)
Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Launceston prior to starting
