Deputy General Manager (RN)- Care Home
Location: Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 1LS
Hours: 40 hours per week (2 days supernumerary/ 2 days on shift)
Pay: £49,266 per year
The Role:
1. Support the General Manager and lead the home in their absence
2. Oversee care standards through audits, clinical supervision, and compliance checks
3. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team xxuwjjq to deliver exceptional care
