CP Yachts is a dynamic Yacht Management Company based in Lymington, and we're looking for a proactive Business Administrator to join our fun and collaborative team. You will be at the heart of an exciting industry, involved in many aspects of yacht management. From supporting yacht operations and client communications to contributing to new projects and initiatives. This is a varied and rewarding position with plenty of scope to develop your skills, grow with the company, and be part of the yachting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across the business.
* Support the management team with reporting and operational tasks.
* Maintain accurate databases and policies and ensure compliance with company processes.
* Assist with accounting.
* Assist with recruitment of crew for our vessels.
* Assist with social media and marketing.
About You:
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Experience with Apple systems desirable
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Previous experience in administration is essential.
