My client is an Award-winning regional Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality Construction projects on time and to budget. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to join their business on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit a proactive, dynamic accounts professional with lots of drive and vision preferably with knowledge of the Construction Industry.
Duties knowledge and responsibilities
•CIS/VAT knowledge for Construction Industry
•CIS/VAT Submissions Produce Cashflow Forecasts
•Management of Audit by external accountant
•Regular Bank monitoring/transfers etc
•Subcontractor Payments/retentions/CIS
•Fixed Assets
•Bank reconciliations
•Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Management Accounts
•Accruals/Prepayments
•Full reconciliations
•Prepare and Issue P11Ds
•CITB Levy submissions
•Provide information for Office for National Statistics
•Assist procurement of Performance Bonds/Section agreement
•Prepare and administer Expenses
•B&CE Pension Submissions
•PAYE
•Assist front of house including phone calls/deliveries etc
•Other miscellaneous duties.
Other info
•Full time 39 Hours/office-based role
•Role unsuitable for Hybrid working
•Company established circa 50 years ago with exceptional staff retainment/length of service.

•Required qualifications: CIMA or ACCA or equivalent
