Lead Product Manager – CybeRim
CybeRim, Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom. The role is remote within the UK with a monthly in‑office strategy day in Surrey. It is a 12‑month fixed‑term position that may be extended or become permanent.
Responsibilities
* Lead and shape the product portfolio, driving innovation and achieving strategic objectives.
* Manage and coach a growing team of four, establishing best practice and ensuring successful development of new features and product iterations.
* Align product initiatives with B2B and B2C solutions, delivering on the roadmap.
* Work closely with engineering (software) and SaaS teams to drive product development.
* Engage with customers, incorporating their feedback into product decisions and maintaining a user‑centred design focus.
* Oversee agile development processes, delivering product updates on schedule.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.
* Demonstrable experience in people management and team leadership.
* Dedicated to user‑centred design processes.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Adept at using product management tools and methodologies.
* Experience delivering using agile development methodologies.
