Salary: 32,000 - 34,000
Supporting 11 individuals in a flats model, independent supported living setting.
Experience in a leadership role, not just management. Ideally Level 4 or 5 Qualified.
As the Support Team Leader/Service Manager, you will oversee the service, leading a team of support staff to ensure high standards of care and support. Your responsibilities include staff management, training, compliance, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage support staff.
2. Provide guidance, supervision, and support to ensure high-quality care.
3. Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering continuous learning.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, and implement improvements.
5. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor and review care plans and assessments to meet individual needs.
7. Coordinate care with other departments and professionals.
8. Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven supervisory experience in CQC-regulated settings.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Hold or be working towards Level 5 in health and social care.
4. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
5. Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
