About The Role Are you looking for a new and excited role? Person Power is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Residential Team Leader Support Worker to join a supportive team on a Full Time/ Permanent basis. This role involves providing person-centred support in a Residential Childrens Home, working as part of a team to help maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment that meets both individual and shared needs, while consistently demonstrating a positive and person-centred approach. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day practical and emotional support Leader the team, providing supervision and assisting with care plans/ rotas Assisting with daily living activities and routines (no personal care required) Promoting independence, dignity and respect at all times Supporting with care plans Working as an effective team member and communicating effectively Following safeguarding procedures and organisation policies Requirements Full UK Driving License and Right to Work (sponsorship is not provided) Level 3 in Health and Social Care - Children/Young People or equivalent (desirable) Previous experience as a Support Worker working with young people Good communication and teamwork skills A compassionate and patient approach Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support If this is of interest, please apply and we will be in contact with you
