Field Service Manager – Brackley

Key Responsibilities
* Plan Lift Engineer workloads efficiently.
* Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and method statements.
* Carry out regular site monitoring.
* Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.
* Maintain credit control logs and CRM.
Field Service Manager role is based from our Brackley Service Branch, with expected travel across Oxford, Reading and Luton; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills.
* Relevant technical or management qualifications desirable.
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering.
