Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking to strengthen their maintenance team with the addition of a proactive and motivated engineer.In this role, you will be responsible for both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of manufacturing equipment within a clean and well-organised production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring machinery reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site.The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance engineering experience gained within a manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar environment.Both mechanically and electrically biased engineers are encouraged to apply, with training available to support further development.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer seeking a stable, long-term position with a well-established company that genuinely values its employees and offers an excellent work-life balance through a days-based schedule.The Role
* Planned preventative maintenance of production machinery and equipment
* Reactive and breakdown maintenance
* Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and/or electrical systems
* Supporting machinery reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
* Days-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
The Person
* Previous experience in a Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer position
* Maintenance experience within manufacturing, production, industrial, engineering, FMCG, recycling, utilities, water, field service, ex-forces, or similar environments
* Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding experience
* Engineering qualifications are beneficial but not essential
* Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach to work
