CAD/ Revit Technician
Location: East Hampshire Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office (optional WFH)
The Opportunity
Hays are working with a well-established, sector leading, specialist contractor based in Manchester, who is looking to appoint a CAD/ Revit Technician to join their technical design team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a CAD Designer with Revit and AutoCAD experience, within the MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce Revit and AutoCAD models and drawings
* Prepare, amend, issue, and record drawings in line with internal procedures
* Submit drawings to Document Control or external stakeholders as required
* Effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet project deadlines
* Ensure drawings fully meet project requirements, agreed programmes of work, and internal processes
* Work closely with the wider contracting and project teams to support delivery
Candidate Requirements
* Experience producing Revit models and AutoCAD drawings
* Over 2 years' experience using Revit and AutoCAD
* MEP design experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
