Were looking for a collaborative and proactive Recruitment Advisor to help shape how we attract, select and welcome new colleagues who make our community thrive.
In this role, youll work closely with recruiting managers across the University, guiding them through fair, transparent and inclusive recruitment. Youll support every stage of the processfrom crafting adverts and advising on job descriptions, to shortlisting, interviewing and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Youll also contribute to the development of our recruitment brand, improve processes and systems, analyse recruitment data, and help us continually enhance the service we provide. Coaching hiring managers, supervising a Recruitment Administrator and taking part in University-wide projects and events will also be part of your varied and rewarding workload.

Appointees of Uniworc Limited will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
