BGCI is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to keep daily office and organisational functions running smoothly, and administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT), Secretary General, BGCI Board, and International Advisory Council (IAC). Responsibilities include managing correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining records, organising meetings and logistics, coordinating travel, and acting as a central point of contact for staff and visitors. The role also provides high-level administrative and secretarial support, ensuring effective governance processes and efficient organisational operations.
