In this role, you will transform digital performance data into actionable insight that helps shape our marketing, product and operational strategies. About the Role • Conduct business-as-usual (BAU) analysis of digital customer journeys. • Deliver actionable insights to identify and resolve customer pain points. • Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor campaigns and user journey performance. • Support cross-functional teams by embedding analytics into decision-making. • Collaborate with platform partners to drive adoption of analytics tools. • Oversee and review Tag Manager implementations to ensure accurate and compliant tracking. • Perform cohort analysis and segmentation to support targeted marketing and retention strategies. About You • Around 18 months’ experience working in a digital analytics environment. • Strong experience using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau or Power BI. • Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders. • Self‑motivated, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment Next Steps The next stage of the selection process will be a face to face or virtual interview consisting of competency based and role specific questions.
