Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with operational and production teams to provide financial support and analysis.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.

About You:
* Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or similar role.
* Strong analytical and commercial skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders.
* Manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
