At Tarmac, we're looking for a high-performing National Key Account Manager to take ownership of two of our most strategic customer relationships - Travis Perkins and H&B Buying Group.
This is a pivotal role where you'll shape account strategy, drive commercial growth, and deliver exceptional service, all while influencing at senior level both internally and externally.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the strategy and performance of key national accounts
* Building strong, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
* Driving growth through upselling, cross-selling and identifying new opportunities
* Acting as the key link between customers and internal teams
* Managing account performance, profitability and sales mix
* Producing and presenting insightful reports to stakeholders
* Leading demand forecasting to support operations and supply chain
* Supporting pricing strategy and commercial negotiations
* Ensuring first-class service delivery and resolving any issues quickly
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in key account management and sales
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth
* Experience working with national or multi-site customers
* Background within building materials or a related industry (preferred)
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and forecasting capability
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient
