The Role
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the financial planning team, assisting with the preparation and processing of client cases across pensions, investments, and protection.
This role would suit someone with previous financial planning administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners
* Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection
* Preparing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams
* Managing client files and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
* Assisting with the preparation of suitability reports and review documentation
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator within a financial planning or wealth management firm
* Good knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a busy team environment
