Experience teaching or supporting pupils with special educational needs. Knowledge or experience of SLD, PMLD, complex needs and Autism. Confidence teaching pupils in either KS1 or KS2. The ability to plan creative, differentiated and accessible lessons. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A patient, empathetic and resilient approach.
