Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the 3-bed children's home to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
* Develop and implement action plans.
* Support and supervise staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
* Ensure the home meets all regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Work closely with external agencies and stakeholders to promote the welfare of the children.
* Manage budgets effectively to ensure the financial sustainability of the home.
* Report to senior management on the home's progress and any challenges faced.
