Support Worker / Senior Support Worker
We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join Tommy's team and be a positive influence in his life. This is a full-time position with a closing date of 19/08/2025, reference: SE/CL.
Essential requirements: Experience working with individuals with a history of substance misuse and some knowledge of Autism would be advantageous.
Tommy has a team supporting him, but we need a Senior Support Worker to assist the team leader and lead when necessary. Leadership experience or the desire to develop leadership skills is valued. We seek resilient individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth, with full training, reflective support, supervision, and development opportunities provided.
Your role involves building a trusting relationship with Tommy, requiring flexibility, patience, and a non-judgemental approach. It’s a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in his life.
