🔑 About the Role:
As a Tenancy Progressor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient progression of tenancy applications from offer stage through to move-in. You’ll act as a key liaison between landlords, tenants, and internal teams, ensuring all compliance is met and timelines are adhered to.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing all aspects of the tenancy progression process
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and referencing companies
* Ensuring all legal and compliance documents are completed accurately
* Coordinating move-in dates and ensuring all pre-tenancy checks are completed
* Providing outstanding customer service throughout the process
🧠About You:
* Previous experience in a tenancy progression or lettings support role (essential)
* Strong understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* A proactive and professional approach
