Job Title: Product Development Admin Assistant – Furniture and Lighting
Reporting To: Product Development Manager
Location: Head Office/ Hybrid
Contract Type: Full Time, 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Development Admin Assistant to join our innovative and eclectic Furniture and Lighting division.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will provide critical admin support throughout all stages of the product development process and product life cycle, and you will be the first point of contact for all administrative queries and be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
This is an administrative position requiring strong excel and organisational skills.
About the role:
1. Setting up orders and suppliers
2. Maintenance of all SKU detail within the business
3. Ensuring the smooth running of critical path
4. Executing competitor analysis with regular comp shops
5. Ensuring all samples are received and approved in a timely manner
6. Supporting with product, packaging and testing documentation
7. Managing the swatch library
